 THE ONES WE WERE BEFORE 

I miss the ones we were before

those filled with dreams and hope

I miss the ones we were before

two dreamers filled with temperance

I miss the ones we were before always with a smile ready

I miss the ones we were before

but now we're only overwhelmed with sorrow
